A New Way of Transportation: Hyperloop-Large Diameter Hyperloop Tubes Mass Production

I will tell about the Hyperloop technology and concept, as well as the developments globally, regionally and locally. There are currently companies in the world that can manufacture large diameter tubes. Erciyas Hyperloop Tech. Comp., together with its partner Çimtaş are unique to manufacture in the form of spiral welded large-diameter mass production. In this lecture, I will tell about the stages of production. The first stage will be the mass production of large diameter spirally-welded tubes. Second stage will cover fit-up and welding of forged flanges, suction outlets and coating operations.

Biography

Mehmet Örgen, Erciyas Hyperloop Deputy General Manager, has degree as Electric & Electronics Engineer with an MSc on Energy & Technology Management. After 30 years of experience in Turkish Navy and NATO, he has been a Senior Manager at Erciyas Holding since 2014. Besides his corporate affairs responsibilities, he is working on new technology businesses, startup discovery, innovation development, project acceleration in a broad ecosystem. In his capacity, he is leading Hyperloop Technology and Conceptual activities in the conglemorate and putting all his efforts to pioneer Hyperloop Development globally.
